(Five Times Kara Thrace almost kisses Lee Adama)
If it weren’t for the bars of the cell that separated them, she would have thrown her arms around him and kissed him; then he made that comment about her attitude and all she wanted to do was strike another superior asshole.

The second time Kara almost kissed the CAG is when he beat her hand of 3-on-a-run with full colors. It took a real man to challenge her buff, unlike the nugget who folded before the game even begun. She wanted to reach across the table, grab Lee by the dog tags, and pull him into a big sloppy kiss but she refrained. She would not let anyone see her happy that she lost, so she growled and demanded a rematch.

When his face turns bright red from anger and he is reprehending her, she wants to kiss him; she did not mean to break his viper, it just happened.

She seeks comfort in one man when everything gets frakked up. He wraps his arms around her, holding onto her tightly and reassures her that everything will be alright and she wants to believe him. She looks up into his eyes and wonders if kissing him would make the world disappear around them, even if it were just for a moment but she would never know because Dee interrupts them.

It had been months since she has seen him, her stomach clenches anxiously as she walks into the CIC of the Pegasus. When he turns and looks at her, her heart starts beating against her ribcage and she cannot help but run into his waiting arms, embracing him tightly. She wants to kiss him now but she knows that it would be inappropriate and even though she always breaks the rules, this one she can’t.
